Bank employees cup

Last year's bankers' jubilee tournament was extremely exciting and was packed with surprises. The most unexpected one was the final game without Jakub Lorenc, 2002 winner and 2003 finalist, seeded with number 1. Jakub was defeated in three sets semi-finals by the later winner Andrzej Pawłowski from Bank Pekao SA branch in Swidnica. The final match was much easier for Andrzej Pawłowski than the semi-finals, and it took him only two sets to win against Radosław Jaszczak from Warsaw, whose getting to the final match was quite a nice surprise.
Every year the standard of the tournament is increasing. Tennis players-bankers are getting more and more skilled, and the matches are more fierce than before, the rivalry really exciting. We can expect this year's matches to be as interesting as usual.
